Thought for Today

There is a garden in every childhood, an enchanted place where colors are brighter, the air softer, and the morning more fragrant than ever again.  ~Elizabeth Lawrence

Sweet childish days, that were as long as twenty days are now. ~William Wordsworth

There is always one moment in childhood when the door opens and lets the future in.  ~Graham Greene

  3. Thanks Dolores! These quotes moved me as well. They speak the essence and beauty of innocent childhood days that we long to recapture.
That beautiful child in the picture is my daughter on her 1st birthday. She's about to be "20-10" (she says she refuses to turn thirty)! One of my favorite pics. :)Susan
